Speaking Engagements

I love being able to speak to groups about topics related to wellness! We can all benefit from learning tips and tricks to increase our well-being. Presentations will focus on gaining practical, accessible skills that can be easily applied to one’s life and work. I aim to make workshops engaging, with room for questions, discussions, demonstrations, and activities. • Kelly supervised me during my postdoc year. Not only is she the most incredible, supportive, kind, and smart supervisor I've ever had, but she is also truly an expert in evidence based practices. She is a wonderful therapist and person!

    Sarah Van Nostrand, Psychologist, PsyD

  • Dr. LeMaire is an amazing psychologist who does stellar work. She has extensive training in many modalities and years of experience. She is a genuinely kind, non-judgmental, and compassionate person who will hold your story with respect and gentleness.

    Kelsey Gao, Psychologist, PsyD

  • I worked along side Kelly at the Duke University Medical Center. She has incredible clinical intuition and practices with warmth and sensitivity. She is an expert in delivering evidence based treatments and would provide a safe space to heal and grow.

    Deepika Anand, Psychologist, PsyD

  • Kelly is an exceptional therapist with a strong specialization in working with trauma survivors and folks experiencing marginalization. Her background in research and academia means that she is exceptional at delivering evidence based practice.

Sydney Rinehart, Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW

  • The quality and rigor of the clinical training I received in her clinic far surpassed any course or supervisory experience I had to date. Dr. LeMaire was devoted to ensuring that my clinical caseload and training under her supervision matched my goals for the year and for my long-term career. She was relentlessly encouraging to me while continually providing feedback that I am convinced will forever shape my identity as a clinician. Her clinical intuition is astonishing, and with each student clinician she perfectly balances providing support and direct advice with challenging us to grow in our clinical competencies.

Lisa Hamrick, PhD University of South Carolina

  • I think what is truly amazing about Kelly’s mentorship style, clinical and otherwise, is the way in which she helps trainees get in touch with their own values and styles, rather than prescribing one. She truly embodies her motto of amplifying others’ voices.”

    Molly Maloney, PhD Brown University

  • As a disabled graduate student, I felt so safe and supported by Dr. LeMaire. I was considering quitting graduate school until I was fortunate enough to have her mentorship. She is an outstanding teacher and mentor who strives to be inclusive and accessible to all her students.
