Insurance and Fees

Self-pay Fees

I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) PPO plans, Aetna PPO plans, and United Healthcare/UMR PPO plans. If you would like, before starting therapy I can verify your benefits for you. You are also encouraged to call the number on the back of your insurance card if you have questions about your benefits for mental health care.

I am out-of-network with other insurance providers. If you have a different insurance provider and would still like to work together, many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits. That means that you would be responsible for paying the full fee for therapy sessions at the time of session but can submit an invoice to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many insurance companies will reimburse a percentage or set amount for seeing an out-of-network provider. I am happy to provide invoices directly to you that you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement. You may want to contact your insurance company with the following questions to best understand your benefits:

  • What are my out-of-network mental health benefits?

  • What amount or percentage would I be reimbursed for seeing an out-of-network mental health provider?

  • Do I have a deductible to meet first? And if so, how much is left on my deductible?

  • Is there a limit to the number of sessions I am permitted to have in a year?

I also offer a self-pay rate. If you would like to work together but not use insurance benefits, I offer the following:

Fees:

  • An initial session in focused on gathering detailed information about your current life and history: $295. Price is for both couples and individuals.

  • A 55-60 min therapy session: $275

  • A 45-min therapy session: $250

  • A 30-min therapy session: $200

  • An extended 90-min session: $350

  • A 55-min couples therapy session: $295

  • Group therapy is priced per session or as a package price. Will be listed individually.

Here is a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of therapy services in accordance with the No Surprises Act. Please note that if you are using insurance to help cover the cost of therapy, your total costs will likley be significantly less than the quoted amounts.

No-show and Late Cancellations

Cancellations and re-scheduled sessions will be subject to a fee if canceled less than 24 hours in advance. This is necessary because a time commitment is made for and held exclusively for you. Insurance companies do not reimburse for missed sessions. The first missed session will be charged a $80 fee and every subsequent no-show or late cancel charge will be $180.

Sydney Rinehart, Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW

  • The quality and rigor of the clinical training I received in her clinic far surpassed any course or supervisory experience I had to date. Dr. LeMaire was devoted to ensuring that my clinical caseload and training under her supervision matched my goals for the year and for my long-term career. She was relentlessly encouraging to me while continually providing feedback that I am convinced will forever shape my identity as a clinician. Her clinical intuition is astonishing, and with each student clinician she perfectly balances providing support and direct advice with challenging us to grow in our clinical competencies.

  • I think what is truly amazing about Kelly’s mentorship style, clinical and otherwise, is the way in which she helps trainees get in touch with their own values and styles, rather than prescribing one. She truly embodies her motto of amplifying others’ voices.”
